I am new to c++ can anybody lead me in the right direction on any good books or tutorials on the net.?

Like i said i am new to c++, but it is not my first language. I can fluently program in Q-basic and HTML, i am thinking about taking the next step up. Is there any good tutorials on the net or books that help you learn c++ from scratch?
